Ali Mahlodji is an internationally award-winning entrepreneur, global keynote speaker, and bestselling author.
Born in Persia and raised in a refugee camp, his journey took him from being a stuttering school dropout with over 40 jobs to the top management level of international tech companies. Based on an idea he had as a child, he founded whatchado, the handbook of life stories, which has helped millions of young people on their way to this day.

Ali Mahlodji is an Austrian-Persian author and entrepreneur as well as co-founder and CEO of futureOne, a company that has made it its mission to bring love and humanity back into society and the world of work.
The computer scientist grew up in a refugee home, was a stuttering school dropout and had over 40 jobs before holding high-ranking positions in the tech industry. He then became a teacher and founded whatchado, the handbook of life stories – an international and inspiring video job guidance platform with a mission to show young people what life is all about.
He has received several international awards for his work and describes himself as a flaw in the system.
